Booking Terms:
  • Rates: All rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional adults (up to 2) are allowed in Rooms 3 & 4 with prior approval only and will result in additional fee of $20. 
  • Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time for guests is 4pm. Check-out time for guests is 11am. Late check-out can be arranged based on availability and will result in an additional fee of $30. 
  • Smoking: The Belmont Hotel is 100% smoke-free. No smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes) is permitted. Guests smoking on property will be asked to leave without refund. Failure to adhere to smoking policy will result in a minimum damage charge of $250. 
  • Pets: We are happy to accommodate dogs – space allowing (Room 1 & 4 only). Pets must be well-behaved, house trained, and actively treated for ticks and fleas. There is a limit of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $25 per day. You will be responsible for cleaning up after your dogs. Additional fees will apply in the event of property damage, hardship, excessive cleaning and/or fees incurred by the Belmont due to disturbance. We reserve the right to terminate occupancy without refund if damage or disturbance persist. Guests are responsible for any/all personal injuries resulting from their dog. If your dog is accustomed to sleeping on furniture, we kindly ask that you bring your own blanket or sheet. Dogs cannot be left in the room unattended and must be kept on leash while in the public areas of the Hotel. 
  • Damages: Each guest room is thoroughly inspected prior to arrival. It is the responsibility of each new occupant to immediately notify the management of any suspected prior damage or accidental damage(s) for which the current guest is responsible. Guests are financially responsible for any and all damages during their stay. The Belmont Hotel is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
